  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    After landing at SXM, proceed to the NextCar booth. We share space with the Empress counter. Call 1-721-545-3434 for assistance.

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    Terms and Conditions.

    Physical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following:

    1. Your personal auto policy with collision coverage. Verification required.
    2. Your credit card's 'Rental Vehicle Coverage'. Verification required.
    3. Your purchase of the Physical Damage Waiver. Verification required.

    Reservations are valid until one hour after pickup time.

    This location does not support pre-paid cards.

  • PREPAID POLICY

    Terms and Conditions.

    Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions:

    Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car.

    Prepaid terms and Conditions

    1. The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
    2. At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
    3. Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    Additional driver fee is $5.00 per day.

  • RENTAL COVERAGES

    CDW coverage is $10.00 per day on car classes starting from Mini to Intermediate.
    Full Size to Luxury including Van Rental Jeep Wrangler $20.00 per day.
    Liability is $7.00 per day on any car class this is third-party coverage.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    We accept all major credit cards. The Deposit requirement is US$ 1000.00 against Credit Card Holders and US$ 1500.00 against Debit Card Holders.

    If the Client buy CDW and Liability Insurance from us the Deposit is US$ 500.00

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    Cars have to have the same amount of gas as when they were first rented. Refueling fees vary by contract.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum age to rent is 21. Renters ages 21-24 pay an underage fee of $5.00 per day.

    Valid US or International drivers' license and form of payment required at time of pick up. International license must accompany valid country license. Vehicle must be fully covered with proof shown at the time of rental, whether by renters own policy or by a CDW purchased at the store, or the customer's credit card.

    Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle.
