  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    Upon arrival, customers will be greeted with a sign and brought to the rental office.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: In order for a person other than the tenant to use the vehicle, valid identity and driver's license information must be entered into the contract at the beginning of the rental the additional driver signature must be included in the contract, and additional driver fees must be paid daily. Insurance received in case of non-compliance with this rule
    it is considered invalid and the tenant and the people who use it are held responsible for all damages.

  • AFTER HOURS RETURN

    Vehicle returns accepted 24 hrs. per day.
    Airport drop-offs are free. Drop-offs at non-airport locations will incur charges of 1.5 Euros per kilometer.

  • RENTAL COVERAGES

    The maximum amount to be paid (Renter's responsibility) in the event of any accident is 1000 €

  • RENTAL RESTRICTIONS

    TRAFFIC FINES – HGS/OGS
    Traffic fines belong to the tenant.If the vehicle is detained from traffic, this period is added to the rental period.
    A usage fee is charged from the OGS service used for toll highway and bridge crossings.
    Vehicles must remain in the country of Turkey.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    Only Major Credit Cards Are Accepted. Debit Cards Are Not Accepted
    DEPOSİT: Our customers who are renting are requested to issue a credit card on their behalf during the rental.
    A deposit is taken from this credit card according to the group of the vehicle they are renting.

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel they have at the time of rental.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    DRIVER'S AGE AND DRIVER'S LICENSE
    The driving license and age conditions for you to make a rental are as follows:
    Minimum age 21 years maximum age 65 years
    Economic class: A valid driver's license of at least 2 years and over the age of 22.
    Middle class: A valid driver's license of at least 3 years and being over the age of 23.
    During the rental, the Latin alphabet driver's license (Russia, China v.b.) users who do not use.
    in addition to their own driving licenses, they must present their valid international driving licenses and passports.
    All international driving licenses are valid as long as they are in legibly intact condition.
