  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    Upon arrival at Cancun airport, and after claiming your bags , look for the 'FRIENDS AND FAMILY' sign and head to that area. A uniformed Priceless agent will meet you and assist you with our shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Shuttles are blue with the Priceless logo. You can also call on WHATSAPP: +52 (998) 234 6130 or WHATSAPP: +52 (998) 457 8973 for additional pick up instructions.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    Additional driver is $10 USD per day

  • AFTER HOURS RETURN

    No after hours returns. Vehicles returned more than 3 hours late will be charged a full rental day.

  • RENTAL COVERAGES

    CDW - $15 - $75 per day depending on car class and length of rent. SLI, Medical and Effects coverage are available, inquire at branch at time of rental for pricing.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Cash.
    A Credit Card is required at pick-up.
    A Debit Card can ONLY be used for making payments/settling reservations.
    Security Deposit:
    Security holds are done with a CREDIT CARD ONLY for an amount of $4,000 Mexican Pesos.

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of rental to avoid refueling charges.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    All customers should present the following documents in order to proceed with the rental: Official ID and Valid Driver’s License
    Minimum age permitted is 18 years old. An additional charge of $12.75 USD per day will apply for renters between 18 and 25 years old.
